Specific disassembly steps:

① Remove the nozzle and the connector between the nozzle and the barrel.

(2) Separate the key connection at the back of the screw from the drive shaft.

Remove the connecting flange and move the screw forward.

④ When the screw head shows the barrel, remove the screw head connection thread immediately (note: most of the threads here are left).

⑤ Remove the check ring and seal ring on the screw.

⑥ Remove the nozzle, check ring, seal ring and screw, should be immediately hot with copper brush, shovel tools to clean up the residual material in all parts. Special sticky material that is difficult to clean should be heated in the oven at the lowest temperature to soften the material, and then remove the residual material.

The screw on the parts assembled together, the thread connection parts to be coated with molybdenum disulfide heat resistant grease, to facilitate the next disassembly.

The screw that is not used temporarily should be coated with protective oil after cleaning the surface, wrapped and hung in the ventilation safety place.
